What this website is

This site is an informational and lead-generation platform for Brav Tech's software, ICT infrastructure, CCTV/security, and hardware services. It is not an automated payment platform — no card or mobile money payment is processed on this website. Every quote, demo booking, support request, and hardware order is confirmed directly with a Brav Tech team member, typically via WhatsApp or phone.

Pricing and availability

• Laptop prices shown on the Hardware page are indicative and can change without notice due to supplier pricing, currency fluctuation, or stock changes.
• An "In Stock" or "Order on Request" tag reflects our general expectation at the time the page was last updated — it is not a real-time inventory guarantee. Final availability is always confirmed directly with you before an order is fulfilled.
• Adding an item to the cart and sending it via WhatsApp is a request to order, not a confirmed sale. A sale is only confirmed once Brav Tech verifies stock, prices, and payment with you directly.

Orders and payment

Payment terms, methods, and delivery or collection arrangements are agreed directly between you and Brav Tech after your order request is confirmed — these are not automated through the website. Standard business terms (e.g. deposit requirements for custom builds or large orders) may be communicated at that stage.

Software and services

Descriptions of Brav Tech's management systems (HMIS, School Management, POS, Pharmacy, Rental, Hotel, Custom Software) and ICT/security services on this site describe standard capabilities. Specific scope, timelines, and pricing for any implementation are set out in a separate agreement or quotation before work begins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting false contact information to abuse the quote or order process, or using content from this site (text, images, logos, product photos) for purposes other than evaluating Brav Tech's services.

Intellectual property
